Toothache

Yes, I have the toothache. Why does this to happen at a weekend when help is some 50 plus hours away? Right now, each world is being forced from a pain crippled brain for which the spellchecker is paying the price—when I cn be botered.

Last weeknd I borke a tooth. I cracked it on one of those hard rund mints—severl of which have survived to this wekeend as a result of that brokem tooth. I’ve had to make do with choclate instead; it’s less lkiely to do the same damage.

So Monday ment a call to my most unfavurite professional. “Just hole for a minute, Bryan,” was the over-freindly response, “Can you make here at two this aftrnoon.” Of course, that wasn’t as urgrnt last Monday, the broken totth didn’t ache.

But I needeed that tooth; I’ve got tw\oo many holes already. So I agreed and spent, what culd have been a pleasnat hour elsewhere, in the dentist’s char. A Jab, a frozem face, grindng with the dentist’s most feraed weapon, some poking at it and I had a restored tooth.

Now this weekend, a more fearsome and paintful scenario. Again on the weekend. Is this some brutal halowleen trick? Dos this pani mean a filling, an abcess, or, the wrst case: a root canal? I’m going to have to wait another 24 hours or so to find out.

In the meantime, back to a baby routing, feeding every fourhours on piankillers of own sort or another. Apparently, it’s possilbe to take acetomenaphin and abuprofin at the same time. Well, Ican alternate: two polls every two hours. Give it a double whammy.

That’s the extent of my mental effort right now. I’ll leave the spellchecking ot y ou!

I am sorry about your tooth... I hope you've got some relief on that front.

Loved the way you shared... amazing how we can read between the lines, with or without spell chcker.

Thanks Brenda:
You are always so encouraging, and we all need it--with or without toothache!
